Taggas installed my Air Source Heat Pump and I have to say I was incredibly impressed by the service and care given by the plumbers. I've had some poor experiences in the past and so was really apprehensive but they were so professional, polite, tidy and experts at their job. They really took the time before they left to make sure I fully understood everything about my ASHP and how to work it most efficiently as possible. Communication with Kelly has been smooth, prompt and the dates provided actually kept to - couldn't ask for more. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Unfortunately I can only give 5 stars! This team of guys were absolutely fantastic, as other reviews say they are reliable, on time, extremely respectful of our home and so clean and tidy you wouldn't know they had been here. We couldn't fault them. Several months ago we had a badly installed ASHP heating system through the EC04 government grants scheme with another company. Taggas have came to our rescue and have reinstalled the complete system to an exceptional standard. They explained everything from start to finish, the difference between the two companies are night and day. We just wish Taggas had been here in the first place. We can't thank them enough for their quality of work and how nice they have been.
